Ashley is a lifelong learner, lover of the ocean and dedicated to somatic healing through both yoga and holistic mental health counseling. She has found kundalini yoga to be an energetic, transformative and blissful process of self-discovery for both body and mind. She strives to share the technology of breath work, physical practice and meditation in kundalini yoga to inspire others both on and off the mat. In her classes, Ashley aims to create a space for stillness while connecting to ones’ intuitive, truest self. She fully believes that yoga should be accessible to all, is not to be taken too seriously and has the healing potential to change ones’ perspective.
Ashley received her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Salve Regina University in 2017 and a Bachelor of Science degree from Emmanuel College in Counseling Psychology. She is a KRI Certified Instructor of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan® and received her 200-hour training at the Guru Ram Das Ashram in Millis, MA.
