CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Vinyasa – Appropriate for all levels of practice. Flow from one posture to the next fully connected to breath and intention.  Lots of clear modifications offered for both the absolute beginner and seasoned practitioner.


Heated Vinyasa – Flow in a room heated to about 90 – 95 degrees.  Slightly faster-paced than non- heated classes, but appropriate for all levels so long as you can stand the heat!


Heated Vinyasa II – Expect arm balances, some inversions and an artful sequence leading you to an aspirational peak pose or two. Level of instruction is geared to students with an established practice. Heated environment to approximately 90 – 95 degrees.


Flow Foundations – Suitable for beginners or returning yogis looking to revisit the fundamentals of the practice, forming a foundation for your flow.


Express – Slightly shorter, one hour vinyasa class. ($12 in studio)


Community - $7.00 drop-in, cash or check only.  Proceeds donated to various charitable organizations throughout Newport County.  Appropriate for all levels.  Heated Community class has room at 90 - 95 degrees.


Run/Yoga (Seasonal) – Start with an approximate 3-mile run thru scenic Newport at a moderate pace, followed by 45 minutes of yoga to completely loosen all of the muscles and joints you just worked!
