Kate’s classes are filled with strong poses that challenge the body and focus the mind. Through slower transitions, repeatable alignment cues and Kate’s encouraging atmosphere, students get the extra time to explore the structure and spaciousness within their poses. Kate adores music, but doesn’t play it in class.
Kate’s is a registered yoga teacher who has received three 200-hour certifications. Her background of study includes Iyengar, Anusara, Bikram, LiveLoveTeach, Meditation, and Energy Work.
