Prana Vinyasa Inspired
Find the honey in your hips, in this low-to-the-ground, silky smooth vinyasa master class. Come explore the relationship between your hamstrings and your lower back as you fold in deep, caramelize resistance in your lower body and melt tension in your hip-flexor tendons. Framed inside the intention of connecting to Earth and her source energy,
Caitlin will guide you through a challenging and thoughtfully sequenced practice. Focused on softening you into the bhavana (feeling or intuitive quality) of buhmi (earth) energy, increasing flexibility in the hips and creating strength in the pelvic floor, students will explore pranayama, meditation, and postures like high and low malasana, eka pada rajkapotasana, hanumanasana, and creative variations of anjaneasana.
