Kosha mapping is an activity to explore through the five Koshas or sheaths of existence according to Yoga's Pancha Maya Kosha model. We will move through all parts of our being from the physical body to the bliss body through guided meditation with breaks to express your experience at each level visually via coloring utensils on your personal Kosha Map.
Join us for a journey of self discovery, visual expression and an opportunity to build more self awareness at each level of your being. This is a meditation and creative expression based practice with light asana at the beginning to help the practitioner get comfortable.
Craft paper and markers will be provided. Feel free to bring any additional art supplies you would like to use.
