Move Your Purpose: a Yoga Coaching Workshop

Have you been looking for a new direction for your life and career? Would you like to reaffirm that you're on the right path? Define and refine your purpose at this integrative yoga and coaching workshop. We'll explore the concept of Ikigai, a Japanese term that translates as "reason for being," where what you love, what you're good at, what the world needs and what you can get paid for align at that "sweet spot" known as your purpose.

Rebecca Polan and Jess Patricio will guide you through the framework and hold space to reflect on what you discover (including any perceived blocks). Integrate your intention into the body and work to remove blocks in a Vinyasa and restorative yoga practice. We will close with meditation and discussion.

Rebecca Polan is a yoga instructor, mindful consultant, writer and healing coach. She has practiced yoga for 16 years and is certified to teach Vinyasa (200RYT through Thames Street Yoga) and Restorative Yoga (Sudha Lundeen of Kripalu).

Rebecca is studying to receive certification as a practitioner of Hakomi, which utilizes the healing power of the body-mind connection that she believes in so strongly. She shares her lessons and reflections on healing and meditation in a weekly blog: www.yogamusingsblog.wordpress.com.

Rebecca has her Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Boston University and a BS in Biology from UMass Amherst.

Jessica Patricio is a graduate from Living Light Culinary Arts Institute in California where she earned degrees as a; raw vegan gourmet chef, un-baking arts, and the science of living foods. Jessica is a certified Raw Vegan Nutritionist, Reiki Wellness Healer, and works with clients using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

She has her 200hr RYT Vinyasa via Thames Street Yoga with Patti Doyle and Liz Lindh and 500hr with Live Love Teach & Free Life People Yoga School. Jess has had several recipes published and runs a delicious raw vegan website www.LivingGirlLivingFoods.com.
